We planned our own wedding and learned the hard way that it shouldn't take a dozen spreadsheets and a project management degree.
Our story
When we got engaged, we were over the moon. When we started planning, we were drowning. Budgets lived in one spreadsheet, the guest list in another, and vendor contacts were scattered across emails, texts, and random notes on our phones. Every "wedding planning" tool we tried was either packed with features we'd never touch or built for big-budget weddings with a coordinator running the show.
All we wanted was something simple. Something that just worked for two people doing it themselves, with a small guest list and a real budget. So once the honeymoon was over, we decided to build it.
Wedly is the tool we wish we'd had. A calm, focused little planning hub that keeps everything in one place and stays out of your way.

Nick Collins
Co-founder & EngineeringNick designs and builds everything under the hood. He handles the code, the infrastructure, and the late-night bug fixes. If something works smoothly in Wedly, he probably lost sleep over it (happily).
Michaela Collins
Co-founder & ProductMichaela shapes what Wedly feels like to use. She leads product decisions, designs the experience, and makes sure every feature actually helps couples instead of just adding clutter.
